- How current are the student profiles?
Any students in our database are still actively searching for schools. We send quarterly emails to the students asking them to update their profiles. If a profile is not updated in one year, we purge these profiles because we consider them inactive. - I am a StudentProspector PLUS Tab Delimited customer. Can I see what information is being used in the criteria of my monthly files?
Yes. To see the information, log in to your StudentProspector account and go to the Control Center. Click on the StudentProspector PLUS History tab. From there, click on your file name, and your information should appear. - What are the most popular study abroad country destinations of the registered students?
The ten most popular study abroad destinations of our registered students are typically England, United States of America, Australia, Canada, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, New Zealand, and Japan. Currently, just over 65,000, but the number is always changing as students are added and removed. - How much does it cost?
For recruiters, the cost of StudentProspector is always reasonable, and varies for specific fields. In the study abroad market, the annual cost is based on the number of countries where programs are offered. In all other markets, the annual subscription cost is based on the recruiter's level of responsibility. There are annual subscriptions and one-time list options. Access to the database is a yearlong subscription, but a one-time list for a particular need is available. - Can I change the e-mail account that I am using for exporting student profiles from the system?
Yes, just send an e-mail to Noelle Little at nl@studentprospector.com with your new account information and we will take care of it for you. - What are the service levels?
It depends greatly on the type of institution. There are four study abroad programs: one program providers; small providers, which work with two to four countries; large providers, which work with five or six; and study abroad institutions, which work with seven or more).
For all other recruiters, the service levels are based on the level of recruiting responsibility. The first level is department. Another level is college/school/multi-department, which is like a college of arts and sciences or college of biological sciences. A third level is small to medium sized universities, and the final level is research institutions. Yes, please feel free to send a revised copy of your e-mail broadcast to Noelle Little at nl@studentprospector.com. - Can I switch the person that receives the email broadcast message?
Yes, just call or send an e-mail to Noelle Little at 484-766-2952 or nl@studentprospector.com with the new person's information and we will take care of it for you. - I am a StudentProspector PLUS Email Broadcast customer. Why isn't the email broadcast message in my list of stock letters?
The e-mail message that we send out on your behalf is sent through a special program on our mail server. This is completely separate from the activity you perform within the StudentProspector system. - I do not seem to have time to effectively search the database. Do you have any suggestions?
Upgrade to StudentProspector PLUS and we will do all that work for you. We will search the database and pull the relevant leads. If you already have PLUS Tab, upgrade to our e-mail broadcast option. If you were expecting to receive something from us and it did not show up, the problem may be with the shipping company. Contact us and we can track the order. If we didn't ship anything to you, it is because we typically wait until there is a sufficient amount of mailing labels to send you. - Why are my student profile counts so low?
There can be a number of reasons. The more specific you get in your search, the more tailored your search becomes and so the more specific your leads are. In that case, your count won't be as high as if you had conducted a broader search. If you are a StudentProspector PLUS customer, your leads could be low because you haven't recently updated your PLUS search criteria. To do this, log in to your StudentProspector account and go to the Control Center. Click on the StudentProspector PLUS History tab. From there, click on your file name, and your information should appear. You can edit it any way you like. - I am a StudentProspector PLUS E-mail Broadcast customer. What is the current message going out to the student profiles that are pulled for me each month?
To see a current copy of the e-mail broadcast message, contact Noelle Little at 484-766-2952 or nl@studentprospector.com. - I can't afford an annual service. Can I buy for a shorter length?
Yes, you can buy a one-time list to fill a particular need. - I am a StudentProspector PLUS Mailing Labels customer. Can I change the contact information for mailing the labels to our school?
Yes, please e-mail Noelle Little at nl@studentprospector.com with the updated physical address. No P.O. Boxes, please. - I am in charge of recruiting for multiple programs, but I just need to recruit for our new program that starts this upcoming semester?
Perhaps you would be interested in a one-time list. This allows you to do a specific search for a specific semester without being tied in to any long-term contracts. Contact sales at 484-766-2950 or sales@studentprospector.com for more information. - Can I get a trial period?

Name, e-mail address, academic intentions, academic history, extracurricular activities, work and research experience, geographical preference, type of degree sought, and type of program sought. - What is StudentProspector?
StudentProspector is the next evolution in student recruitment. It is an innovative marketing tool allowing undergraduate, graduate, continuing education, and study abroad administrators to pro-actively search through a database of student profiles. Administrators then use these profiles to find students who meet their criteria, forming a perfect marriage between student and school. Absolutely. PLUS gives you more options, not less. We pull the contacts for you, but you can manage them as well if you are in search of particular students. - Do you guarantee a CPC rate?
No. Due to seasonality of student interest, we cannot predict how many students will be active, at what times of the year, or how many will match your program requirements. Therefore, we cannot guarantee a certain amount of leads. - Where do the leads come from?
Leads come from e-mail inquiries through any of our sister sites (including GradSchools.com and StudyAbroad.com) as well as sign-ups through our own online marketing, on-campus outreach, presence at fairs, through press releases, etc. - How can I become a Featured School?
